Our four columns stand for four commitments: clear advice, honest guidance, personal care and dedicated support. Together, they form the foundations of our practice.
Built on trust.
Focused on you.

The four columns represent Clarity, Integrity, Care and Commitment: the foundations of Fahri Jacob. Together with the wordmark, they form one distinctive signature. Preserve the supplied proportions, fine detail and spacing.
Allow at least one pillar-shaft width around the full artwork. This is a minimum; use more space on covers and stationery. Keep the entire mark visible.
Check the descriptor and establishment date at the final output size. Increase the size if fine details lose definition. Use the symbol for smaller applications.
Keep identifying logos complete and use dark artwork on a light, plain ground. Never stretch, redraw or reset the lettering. An edge crop is reserved for the decorative watermark treatment shown below.
Keep the overall impression light. Parchment and warm paper carry the composition, with dark ink for clarity, green for emphasis and muted brass for small details.

As a guide, aim for 75% light space, 20% ink or green, and 5% brass. Treat this as a compositional direction, not a quota.
Parchment and paper remain the dominant surfaces across the system.

Castoro Regular gives the name its character. Museo Sans 700 brings a crisp supporting voice to descriptors, headings and concise information.
Use for the brand name, display headings and editorial passages. Keep the weight regular and let spacing carry the hierarchy.
Use for “Solicitors”, supporting logo text, short headings, labels and navigation. Set compact information with a confident, even rhythm.
Castoro is embedded. Museo Sans 700 uses a locally installed font where available; otherwise its live specimens use an Avenir Next or Arial bold preview. The supplied logo is outlined vector artwork and always retains its exact lettering.

Keep paragraphs to approximately 45-70 characters per line. Use sentence case for headlines and reserve capitals for short labels. Never recreate the logo with live type. Embed a licensed Museo Sans 700 webfont in production templates.
Use the four pillars as a consistent thread through the brand: in the symbol, the structure of a message and the way the firm describes its service.
Introduce the full story as “The 4 Pillars of Fahri Jacob”. Present the pillars in the same order: Clarity, Integrity, Care, Commitment. Each should be accompanied by a clear benefit to the client.
A campaign can focus on one pillar while the complete symbol anchors the message. Keep all four columns together, with generous clear space; do not separate or recolour individual columns.
Clear structure.
Consistent presentation.
A large, translucent pillar symbol adds depth to parchment without making the page feel busy. A slight edge crop gives this formal mark a more contemporary expression.
Clear advice. Personal attention.
Commitment to what matters to you.
Preview control only. The recommended starting point is 6%; adjust to suit the size and background.
Start at 6% opacity, typically within a 4-8% range. Use one flat ink colour. Avoid shadows, blur and gradients; the shape itself provides the texture.
Let roughly 5-15% extend past a lower or side edge. Retain the double cap and a recognisable four-column rhythm. Scale proportionally and keep the symbol upright.
Place the strongest detail in open space. Keep contact details, small text and forms on a clean ground. A watermark complements a clear firm name or complete logo; it does not replace it.
For print, proof a light tint on the actual stock: a screen opacity is not a reliable print specification. On body-heavy pages, use a plain background or confine the watermark to an empty margin.
Illustrative layouts show how the same light foundation can serve formal correspondence, an editorial campaign and a simple brand card.

Use the watermark to carry the identity across larger formats. Keep the same margins, typography and paired rules, changing the scale to suit the content.
Built on trust. Focused on you.
Know where you stand.
For A4, start with 20-25 mm margins and 11-12 pt body text. Use a full logo on the cover or first page and a small page number on subsequent pages.
Build a 16:9 master. Start with 32-44 pt headings and 20-24 pt body text. Give each slide one main message and keep charts and data on clean backgrounds.
Extend the cropped watermark onto the outside of a matter folder, or use the sparse symbol repeat inside it. Keep matter labels and reference numbers easy to scan.
Email signatures and profile images are frequent points of contact. Keep them compact, legible and consistent with the main identity.
Kind regards,

Use a crisp PNG logo at around 240 px display width, exported at twice that size. Keep names and contact details selectable. Avoid background watermarks, oversized banners and text baked into a single image.
Create a 1024 × 1024 px master. Keep the symbol inside the central 60% of the square, then check both square and circular crops at small sizes. Leave the wordmark out.
Check the symbol at 32 px before using it as a favicon. At smaller sizes, test the double cap and column gaps carefully; do not simplify or redraw the artwork without an approved small-size version.
Give each pillar a client-facing message. These four covers can introduce a carousel, a sequence of posts or sections within a welcome pack.

Use the same order and layout across the series. Follow each cover with something useful: Clarity explains a process; Integrity sets expectations; Care answers a client concern; Commitment describes how the firm supports a matter. Avoid treating the pillars as unsupported slogans.
Clarity makes the message understandable. Integrity keeps it honest. Care makes it personal. Commitment makes the next step clear. Use these principles to guide both the words and the client experience.
Be precise, calm and direct. Explain what happens next. Avoid inflated promises, unnecessary legal jargon and language that creates distance.
We endeavour to facilitate a satisfactory resolution.
We will explain your options and agree the next steps.
Choose the right asset for the destination, and check the final output at the size clients will actually see.
| Destination | Starting format | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Web & digital documents | SVG artwork; RGB colours | Preserve the viewBox and proportions. Confirm the logo renders in the actual browser or document viewer and has a meaningful text alternative. |
| Email & Office templates | PNG at twice display size | Use transparent PNG on controlled light backgrounds, or a warm-paper background where needed. Verify in the intended email client or Office application. |
| Professional print | Vector PDF to printer’s specification | Embed or outline licensed fonts as appropriate. Confirm colour profile, bleed and paper stock with the printer; proof the watermark tint and fine logo detail. |
| Social graphics | PNG or high-quality JPEG | Prepare square and portrait versions for the intended placement. Keep key text and the identifying mark away from crop edges; preview at phone size. |
Target at least 4.5:1 contrast for body text and 3:1 for large text. Keep text live where practical, provide useful image descriptions and treat background watermarks as decorative.
Use real people, natural light and composed, uncluttered settings. Choose images that suggest listening, preparation and personal attention. Avoid generic gavels, scales and staged handshakes.
Keep the original logo, wordmark and symbol as masters. Name exports by use, colour and size. Store approved contact wording and fonts alongside templates, so teams reuse the same materials.
The examples in this document demonstrate design treatments. Email, presentation and social production templates should be built and tested in their intended applications before use.
